Don't see anything you want? Need something custom made? Ready to be the first ahead of many? Fill out this form and let me know what you need and when by, and I will get back to you with an estimate!
About commission requests:
Ascension Props is currently a one-man overlord (with occasional help from a minion). I do all of the things: blueprints, requests, invoicing, building, shipping, you name it. Any requests you may have take time to research, and coming up with a fair price estimate can take a while at times. It may be a few days, even a few weeks before you hear back from me, and if you don't provide all the information I need then you might not hear back from me at all!
My time fills fast, so if you have a deadline, get it booked well in advance! I only accept a limited amount of commissions, so you will need to contact me as early as possible should you need it by a certain time.
I am willing to try anything new, and as such I will build all-new, from scratch builds given enough time (and a fair bit of patience), as well as unpainted kits from any previous builds I mold (see this link for a list). If you know what you want me to build, just fill out the form below! Please do not email me directly, as anything that is not sent in via this form may get lost in a mass of other emails.
Custom commissions also require a 1/4 downpayment (1/2 down for items $250 and lower), both to lock you in to my schedule and to cover material cost. Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable, as otherwise I would be stuck with a bunch of materials I may never use and have less money than before for it. Please, please be ready for this possibility before you decide you are ready to go ahead with a commission request! Also, please be aware that once the item has begun the build process, all payments are final. Any remaining owed, including shipping, must be paid before the item leaves the shop. If the item is completed, you will have 90 days to make the final payments (if any).
Should an item arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, I will gladly remake it (or repair it if possible) on my own dime, though it is up to you to cover return shipping to get the defective item to me.
Please give me as much information as possible, and a couple reference pictures if you can. Thanks!
